Policies
Cancellations
24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Same day cancellations and 'no shows' will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled. No exceptions.
Closures
The office is closed Sundays, Mondays, and on all major U.S. holidays. For inclimate weather, please call the office for a recorded announcement.
Payments
We accept cash, personal checks, all major credit cards, and Paypal. Billing can be requested for massage packages in 4 payments. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuity will automatically be added to services booked during extended office hours. (Sundays, Mondays and all major holidays)

Refunds
No refunds will be issued for any services, gift certificates, or massage packages. Remaining massage sessions or gift certificates may be used by any person designated by the purchaser. Refunds will be issued for products purchased in-house, or online when accompanied by a receipt or unused portion of the product.
Scheduling
Our clients find it best to schedule several appointments in advance in order to secure preferred appointment slots. Same day and walk-in appointments are available, but not guaranteed. We suggest that you plan ahead at least 2 weeks, or schedule follow-up appointments when checking out at the front desk. As a courtesy, we confirm appointments via email 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Disclaimer
We reserve the right to refuse any client with a cold, flu, or presents with signs/symptoms of inebriation or hostility. Services are not to be considered replacements for any client under the care of a medical physician. Do not stop any prescribed medications. Please check with your physician prior to scheduling your appointment.
